The Champion Mondial frame is completely constructed with Reynolds 531 tubing (main triangle, stays and fork) and features the elegant wrap around seat stay and butterfly brake bridge this model is known for. The frame has lovely detailed lugs, Campagnolo dropouts and a chrome fork crown. The condition of the bike is fair given its age, see especially on the drive
This nearly 50 year old bicycle is a classic top-end Dutch road bike ready for Eroica. The Champion Mondial frame is completely constructed with Reynolds 531 tubing (main triangle, stays and fork) and features the elegant wrap-around seat stay and butterfly brake bridge this model is known for. The frame has lovely detailed lugs, Campagnolo dropouts and a chrome fork crown.
The condition of the bike is fair given its age, see especially on the drive side of the seat stay. However, the original paint still has a pearlescent shine to it, and the brown pearlescent colourway looks class.
The components are a bit of a mix: but all top quality from the era.
